Festival goers are amazed to learn two things about Ellensburg Music Festival. ONE: the festival has no staff - we’re all volunteers. TWO: in 2023, we’ll spend $50,000+ and we’ll hope to break even at best, but every year we’re OK with losing some money to make sure music happens in a big way in downtown Ellensburg. Ask some locals – there was a time years ago where you could find a live band in Ellensburg every night of the week. The climate has changed and it’s still possible sometimes…but we want to at least flood the town with different new bands for a great weekend every year!
We appreciate any donation you can fit into your budget. We’re a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, so you can write us off. Your participation and support mostly pay for the gifted artists who are willing to lend their musical talents to our event and make your weekend so memorable. Your monetary donation literally reduces the financial burden that allows us to let this thing go on and on. Call me if your business wants some advertising included or if you’d like recognition in some way – but if you even send us $10, $20, $100, it all helps a lot. See the other side for info.
